NEW!! Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and the travelling restrictions in place in many countries, the 2020 joint HEPEX-GFP workshop is postponed to 2021.The new dates will be confirmed later, as soon as we have a better view of how the travelling situation will unfold in the next months, and will be posted on this website.

Public transport

The venue is central and is ~5 minutes walking distance from the Botanic Gardens (Jardin des Plantes), 15 minutes from the Luxembourg Garden and 30 minutes from Châtelet (main central metro station).

The campus is easily accessible by public transport: metro station ‘Jussieu’ (lines 7 and 10).

Arriving to Paris

If you travel by train, you can arrive directly in Paris city centre at several train stations, depending where you come from: Gare du Nord, Gare de l’Est, Gare de Lyon, Gare d’Austerlitz or Gare Montparnasse.

If you fly, two main airports are close to the city: Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly airports. Beauvais airport is also an option, although a bit further away.

If you travel by coach, the main coach station is Bercy.
